It's official: millennials are aging. Glossier, the brand synonymous with the cohort, launches its first anti-aging product. This fall is off to an interesting start with covetable launches from 19-69 and Hermès.

Eighth Day: Founded by Dr. Antony Nakhla, a leading skin cancer doctor, scientist, and dermatologic surgeon, Eighth Day was developed in a clinical setting as a result of his work with 10,000+ patients using a cell membrane dressing on wounds. The formulas are infused with Peptide-Rich Plasma, a patent-pending, biologically active blend of ingredients and clinically tested delivery system. The hero Regenerative Serum ($195-$450) will debut at Violet Grey after receiving unanimous approval from The Violet Code.

Collaborations

19-69 x Palm Angels: The boutique fragrance house and luxury lifestyle brand collaborated to create three new scents that capture iconic elements of Californian culture. Burning Palm pays homage to neo-noir films, The Big Lebowski indulges the darker aspects of Hollywood glamour, and Orange Kush is a playful nod to the laid-back nature of low-key surf and skate communities.

Product Launches

Hermès: Expanding its line of covetable cosmetics, the fashion house has expanded with Les Main Hermès. The collection consists of 24 shades of bold bio-sourced pigments that only need one coat accompanied by a base and top coat, and hand care products, including hand cream, nail brushes, and nail files. The launches will be available October 15.

Olaplex: The latest launch is No. 4P Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo to strengthen, soften and neutralize unwanted yellow tones for brighter, more manageable hair for all blonde, lightened, and gray hair. The brand claims to make hair 3x brighter than other top purple shampoos. The shampoo is available for salon professionals only.

Neom: The launch of Perfect Night's Sleep Overnight Facial Cream expands the UK-based wellness brand's skincare category. The product is formulated with 98% natural and 86% organic ingredients and packaged with 100% recyclable materials.

Glossier: The latest product launch, Universal Pro-Retinol ($35), is a nightly renewing complex formulated with 0.5% pro-retinol in an innovative hybrid form of pure retinol and sunflower seed fatty acids called Retinyl Sunflowerate that provides the benefits of a retinoid without the usual downsides of irritation, dryness, and peeling.

Lush: Tapping into inner creativity, Lush’s Bath Bomb Create Kits offer a selection of do-it-yourself bath bomb kits containing all the ingredients and materials needed to press fresh fizzing characters at home. Fairy and Bear and Robot and Dino create kits (£12.00 each) available at Lush stores and online.

Beautycounter: The potent, skin-loving gel-serum has the complexion-improving results of a serum with the makeup-extending power of a primer. Glow First Priming Serum Glow ($59) is formulated with Microdroplet Technology, delivering 4,000 encapsulated jojoba ester bubbles suspended in a gel-serum, designed to burst upon application delivering hydration, smoothing, and plumping benefits.

Erborian: Formulated in an ultra-light texture, this new serum is enriched in vitamin C and Yuzu fruit extracts, protecting skin from external aggressions. The Yuza Super Serum ($49) also contains Inulin, a prebiotic to help maintain the skin's ecosystem for a more hydrated complexion.
